Allye earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Kennesaw State University and her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate who provides a warm, collaborative, and compassionate space for clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and life transitions.

Allye believes therapy is a partnership rooted in trust and authenticity, where clients are supported in exploring their experiences and discovering new perspectives. Her person-centered approach emphasizes empathy and self-understanding while incorporating elements of cognitive behavioral therapy to help clients identify patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and develop practical tools for lasting change. She is passionate about helping clients cultivate self-compassion, strengthen emotional awareness, and create meaningful balance in their lives.

In her personal life, Allye enjoys immersing herself in music, getting lost in a good book, and unwinding with video games. She believes openness and curiosity (both in and outside the therapy room) are key ingredients in living a more mindful and fulfilling life.
